Shipping

Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders over $200
  • Orders under $200 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping applies to U.S. addresses only

Order Processing

  • Orders with all items in-stock ship within 24 hours of placement
  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays ship the next business day
  • Processing times may vary during high-volume periods

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States and to Puerto Rico only
  • International shipping will be announced if and when offered
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout

Returns & Refunds

Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following policies.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a full refund
  • Contact us as soon as possible at contact@petalresearch.com
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns on shipped products
  • This policy ensures product integrity, quality control, and compliance with laboratory standards
  • Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to the original payment method

Damage Protection Policy

Every order is protected against damage in transit. If your product arrives damaged, we'll send a one-time replacement at no cost to you. All damage claims must include photo evidence and are subject to review.

Document the Damage

Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging as soon as it arrives. Photo evidence is required for all damage claims.

Contact Us

Email contact@petalresearch.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll respond within one business day.

Get Your Replacement

Once we verify the damage, we'll ship a one-time replacement at no cost to you. All claims are subject to review.

Eligible for Replacement
  • Products damaged during shipping (with photo evidence)
  • Products that test below 98% purity upon independent verification
  • Incorrect items received
Not Eligible for Replacement
  • Reconstituted products
  • Damage claims without photo evidence
  • Products improperly stored after delivery
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction
