Frequently asked questions
You receive 15% on a referred researcher's first order and 10% on every subsequent order from that account, for the lifetime of the account. There's no cap and no limit on how many researchers or labs you can refer.
On top of your commissions, you earn free vials at three milestones: 25 completed referred orders earns 1 vial, 50 earns 5 vials, and 100 earns 10 vials. Tiers are tracked over the lifetime of your account, so every order you have ever referred counts. Once you cross a threshold, the reward stays earned — refunds don't revoke a milestone you've already hit. We ship the vials to you automatically; no claim form to fill out.
Payouts run automatically on the 1st of every month for the previous month's approved commissions. Funds are sent via ACH direct deposit, typically 1–3 business days after the 1st. $1 minimum — anything over that is paid out.
They get 15% off their first order with your code. It's a straightforward discount applied at checkout — no account required, no hoops to jump through.
Our attribution cookie lasts 30 days from when someone clicks your link. If they come back within that window and purchase, you get credit. Attribution is also captured when someone types your code manually at checkout, even without a cookie.
Commissions have a 3-day hold period before becoming payable. If an order is refunded or cancelled during that window, the commission is automatically cancelled. Partial refunds reduce the commission proportionally.
